Look who took a break from her American Idol war of words with Mariah Carey to help out a pal!
Nicki Minaj has teamed up with Carly Rae Jepsen to contribute some sick new rhymes on the Canadian pop cutie’s latest single, Tonight I’m Getting Over You, and we think the rapper’s verse adds the PERFECT amount of ferosh flavor to the dubstep-infused break-up ballad!
As Carly’s manager, Scooter Braun, describes:
“When Carly Rae and Nicki get together, they make songs about getting over guys. Whenever girls do songs about getting over men, they seem to do really well.”
Well, seeing as they would know how it feels from experience, we’d have to say DUH to that one! LOLz!
But we must agree! This one is ESPECIALLY awesome!
