Rrruffles have rrridges!!
Well, not the ruffles on THIS dress, but the chips do! LOLz!
Carrie Underwood rocked a black off-the-shoulder Haney frock featuring one big ruffle at the chest at the iHeartRadio Country Festival in Austin on Saturday.
While we like the whimsy of the fabric embellishment, the black was kinda sorta really boring!
Thankfully the singer added a pop of color via her bright red shoes, but even those didn’t add quite enough excitement. We just know she can do better!!
Her hair and makeup was as gorgeous as ever though!! And loving the statement earrings!
