This is so great!
Catelynn Lowell Baltierra flew back home to Michigan on Saturday afternoon, returning to husband Tyler Baltierra and daughter Novalee after leaving the state several weeks ago to seek treatment for depression and suicidal thoughts.
And her other daughter — Carly, who she placed up for adoption back in 2009 — also sent her an adorable gift upon Catelynn’s return to her family! Awww!!!

The Teen Mom OG star revealed as much in an Instagram post on Sunday morning showing her return home to a belated Christmas celebration with family (below):

Such a sweet and meaningful gesture… and no doubt it came at an important time in Catelynn’s return home from treatment!!
