Catherine Tate Is BACK On The Office As A Series Regular!

Thank goodness! They would have been STOOPID to not keep her around!
While many were disappointed with the sometimes-lackluster, post-Steve Carell eighth season of The Office, we were relieved when producers had enough sense to bring back Catherine Tate as the new special projects manager Nellie Bertram in a recurring role toward the end of the year!
And now, we’ve just gotten word that the comedienne has signed on to appear as a series regular when the NBC comedy returns for its ninth season in the fall!
YES! This means EVERYONE is back, except James Spader (whom we thought never really clicked anyway) and Mindy Kaling (whose new show is going to be AWESOME)!
We know not all the fans love her as much as we do, but then again, nobody particularly cared for Michael Scott at the beginning, and we think she has a lot of potential to bring some much-needed original flair back into the sitcom!
You’ve got this, gurl! We cannot WAIT to see what kind of shenanigans you get yourself into now that you’re sticking around!
