Chace, A Jock?

Was hottie Chace Crawford ever an ugly duckling?
In a recent interview, Chace was asked about his childhood and since he’s such a hottie now, they wanted to know if he was ever an “ugly kid.”
But with a dad that’s a dermatologist and a sister that’s Miss Missouri USA 2008, we highly doubt it.
So Chace responded:

“Oh, please. It’s sort of fun when people say those nice things about me, but I’m not thinking I’m anybody so special. And I can’t say I actually stopped the world when I was in school. I mean, I didn’t have a really hard time getting girls. It’s not that I was ever a dork or anything like that. It’s more that I was into sports. For me, when I was younger, it was sports. I’d say I was just plain Mr. Johnny Everyday in school. I think I’m just a late bloomer.”

Sounds like Crawford is trying to butch himself up.
No worries. You’re still seksi as hell.
But jock stories will not get rid of your gayface (or the rumors)!
