An event celebrating influential women just wouldn’t be complete without Charlize Theron!

We’re so glad the statuesque actress attended Variety‘s 5th annual Power of Women luncheon in Beverly Hills on Friday — it’s been way too long since we’ve seen her on the red carpet!

The South African beauty was a chic gamine in a pale pink high-neck Stella McCartney shift with a triangular keyhole cut-out at the neckline.

Charlize accented the simple frock with a chain-trim print Stella McCartney clutch and two-toned pumps.

And doesn’t she look like a young Mia Farrow with that pixie cut? She can seriously rock ANY hairstyle!
