Chaz Bono is finally seeing the benefits of being healthy and in better shape! Not that he didn’t know they were there before, but it’s just taken a while before he could finally experience them himself!
Here’s what he said, now a year into his weight-loss journey:
“I just feel much more comfortable in my skin now. Everything is easier, everything physically is easier, everything feels better and emotionally I just feel more comfortable, more confident.”
After losing 70 lbs, we bet the feelings are like night and day!
We are SO proud of him, and so is his family:
“My family was concerned about my health and now everyone is really happy. They can also see how much better I feel and how much happier I am.”
Congrats on such an amazingly successful journey, Chaz! You look wonderful, feel wonderful, and we couldn’t be happier for you!
Keep it up — you now know it’s TOTALLY worth it!!
