No high-profile relationship is easy — especially when your boo lives 2400+ miles away!
Chelsea Handler says that dating her suuupa rich compatible boyfriend, Chateau Marmont (and other fancy hotel) owner Andre Balazs, has not been easy!
The blonde talk show host recently gushed about her long distance relationship to Marc Maronon on WTF podcast, saying:
“It was extremely time consuming and it was really, really hard for me to focus on anything at all. He lived in New York and I lived in L.A., and it was a constant back and forth, flying and meeting each other. . . it was just exhausting. [It] kind of took the wind out of me. . . it drained me from my career, it drained me from my work. I wasn’t focused on anything. It was just stress.”
Struggle aside, Chelsea admits:
“I prefer a long distance relationship because I don’t really want to deal with someone on a daily basis.”
She loves long distance relationships as much as she hates them! LOLz!
No wonder the two are always breaking up and getting back together.
There is one thing that could really help them: Skype.
It’s perfect for couples with distance between them on cold lonely nights! Howeves, Handler REFUSES to take part in any video chat! She claims:
“That’s actually really funny because I just can’t ever imagine myself doing that. It’s weird. I don’t want people to see what I’m up to at night.”
NO WAY!!
Chels, you should really give it a shot. Trust us 😉
