Don’t dance off into the sunset just yet, Chris Brown.
The 29-year-old singer’s rape accuser is clarifying her claims after Brown filed a defamation suit against her Thursday morning.
According to the Associated Press, the alleged victim’s lawyer Frank Serfati said that although his client “was not pressured physically” into having sex with the R&B star, she was under “great psychological pressure” during the alleged incident.

Serfati insisted on Thursday that “non-consensual sex” took place after Breezy allegedly “cornered her in a room that was locked.” The lawyer also alleged that “there were forced sexual relations” and that the alleged victim “was only with men, older men, men who you imagine to be buff.”
This attempt to clarify her accusations comes amid reports that Paris police had trouble buying the 24-year-old woman’s story — that she had been raped by different men in as many as three different rooms in the Mandarin Oriental hotel — because she never tried to leave or call for help.
Since Brown was released from custody on Tuesday, he’s been denying the woman’s claims, merchandising his denial, and literally dancing his way through Paris filming a music video.
We’ll see if her new claims impact the ongoing investigation.
