Chris Pratt, Chris Evans, John Krasinski, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, and many, many more are doing pushups for a good cause, and the #22PushUpChallenge is now sweeping over social media!

Launched by the UK charity Combat Stress, the #22PushUpChallenge seeks to raise awareness — and money — for veterans’ mental health initiatives.
The 22 pushups represent the 22 veterans that will take their lives every day, a shockingly high statistic we should all know.
The trend of stars doing the challenge was kicked off by Pratt and his wife, Anna Faris, after he was challenged by a fan, as you can see in his video (below):
