Well the key to the Beautiful singer’s success is she has a pretty great diet plan!
Over the past few months, Christina has managed to drop 20 pounds thanks to The Fresh Diet, which boasts a pretty impressive menu that includes dishes like pesto couscous stuffed tomatoes and pork stir-fry! YUMMY!!
But if your planning on trimming down like her, you better have some deep pockets because the meal plan costs a whopping $1,394.69 a month!! That’s pretty pricey if you ask us, but obviously it’s working for her!
Of course, the diet isn’t the ONLY thing that has contributed to her amazing figure! She’s also been spending some extra time at the gym with her personal trainer Tee Sorge and has even started practicing yoga!
