Christina Aguilera is reconnecting with one person from her past, and now others want to jump in on the action, too!
The diva’s paternal grandparents are gravely ill, and although they are not on speaking terms with The Voice star – nothing would make them happier than to see their granddaughter before they pass away.
Here’s what the singer’s uncle said:
“Christina’s grandfather is 86 and her grandmother is 82. They have health issues. I don’t know how much longer they’re going to last. Time is running out.”
We’re guessing that something happened with Christina and her grandparents a number of years ago, but we don’t think that should stop the singer from allowing her son to have a relationship with his great-grandparents while they are still alive.
Here’s what the uncle also said:
“It would mean the world to them if they could see Christina before they die.”
Whatever choice Christina makes – it is HER choice.
We just hope it isn’t a decision she’ll end up regretting after it’s too late.
