And thanks to his surgeon, Dr. Lew Schon, the rocker is on the road to recovery. The Foo Fighters frontman decided to repay the good doctor by giving him his fifteen minutes of fame.

The 46-year-old invited his orthopedic surgeon on stage during his Boston concert on Sunday night to perform Seven Nation Army by The White Stripes.
The craziest part? Dr. Schon sang the entire song all on his own, and he actually kicked butt! Who would’ve thought??
