Debra Messing is so talented and gorgeous and keeps getting fitter and fitter!
What’s crazy is… she doesn’t diet!!
Even though she’s lost about 20-pounds over the past few years, she hasn’t been doing some cool diet or exercising like a machine.
So, what’s her secret??
It’s a lifestyle change!!
She said:
“About two to three years ago, I made a very, very big change the way I approach nutrition. I think it made a big difference in how I look or at least how I’m perceived to look.
I lost like 20 pounds. It wasn’t my intention, that wasn’t why I made the change. I made the change because I was just tired all the time. For a long time, I just accepted that was the plight of a working, single mother. You’re juggling everyday.”
That’s just great! She wasn’t trying to quickly drop weight or something like that.
She embraced a healthy lifestyle and was rewarded for it.
Debra does have a tiny secret that keeps her going… green juice! She’d have it for breakfast daily.
She said:
“[That includes] kale and spinach and celery and ginger and lemon and cucumber. At least I know I’m starting my day and getting a big shot of nutrients that I need. I start out strong. I was shooting 15, 16, 17 hours everyday. I really depended on having that juice once or twice a day. It really gave me more energy.”
Sounds like a tasty beverage with so many health properties.
She’s a smart lady and such a strong person for making a lifestyle change and persevering, just really sticking to it.
Yeah, Debra! Yeah!!
