Demi Lovato's 21st Birthday In Africa Was A Slice Of Heaven

As we told you, Demi Lovato spent her 21st birthday in Africa doing charity work and helping children, and now we have footage of just how lovely her big day was!

Turns out, all the kids she was working with created a HUGE celebration for her that included balloons, streamers, a delicious birthday cake, and even a birthday song that almost brought us to tears!
