Ex’s turned bestiez!!
Demi Lovato surprised viewers of a Wilmer Valderrama livestream on Instagram when she made an impromptu appearance, and plenty of cuteness ensued!!

The That ’70s Show alum kicked off the chat with a compliment to his ex:
“You look awesome, girl!”
Which Demi happily returned:
“Thank you! So do you.”
The former couple then sang a silly snippet of the Baha Men’s Who Let the Dogs Out together, LOLz!
Before the Confident singer logged off the IG stream, her 39-year-old ex made sure to slyly imply that they would hang out later in the week:
“I’m done with work on Wednesday, so holla at your boy.”
She replied before clicking out:
“Okay, I will.”
He ended the conversation:
“See you, angel. Love you.”
Cuteness overload!!

The two dated for over six years before calling it quits in June 2016, issuing a joint statement:
“After almost 6 loving and wonderful years together, we have decided to end our relationship. This was an incredibly difficult decision for both of us, but we have realized more than anything that we are better as best friends. We will always be supportive of one another. Thank you to everyone who has offered us kindness and support over the years. With only love, Wilmer & Demi.”
They have definitely remained close since their split, with Wilmer being by the 26-year-old’s side through her relapse and time in rehab last summer. An insider shared with Us Weekly back in November:
“Demi and Wilmer are still in constant communication … They speak over the phone pretty much every day and see each other often. She absolutely does not take that for granted. After her last relapse, she realized how short life can potentially be and it really resonated with her that she could lose everything at the snap of a finger. One of the last things that she would ever want to lose is Wilmer … [Demi] never wants to jeopardize her relationship with him, her family or friends, ever again.”
The Camp Rock actress was until recently dating Henry Levy, but now that things have fizzled out… maybe there’s room for Wilmer to be more than just a friend again?
