Diddy Accused Of Sexual Assault By Danity Kane Singer Dawn Richard -- Who Claims She Witnessed Him Choke & Punch Cassie And MUCH More

[Warning: Potentially Triggering Content]

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing yet another sexual assault lawsuit!

On Tuesday, Danity Kane singer Dawn Richard sued her ex-boss for sexual assault and inhumane treatment — including allegations that she witnessed him abuse his ex-girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura on several occasions.

According to the lawsuit, filed in New York federal court and obtained by Page Six on Wednesday, Dawn was subjected to verbal abuse by the rapper, who allegedly called her and other contestants of his 2004 MTV show Making the Band “fat,” “ugly,” “bitches,” and “hoes.” Jeez.

The 41-year-old singer also alleged that she saw Puff Daddy’s ex Kim Porter leaving a studio while crying with apparent bruises on her face in 2005. According to the complaint, this is when she realized what the musician was capable of and started to fear for her safety.

Four years later, she said she allegedly witnessed the rapper attack his other ex Cassie while “high on drugs.” According to her, he threw her against a wall, choked her, and dragged her up a flight of stairs in his LA home. Yikes. That’s awful. After seeing that hotel security footage, we can only imagine how brutal this alleged incident was… And sadly, the violence didn’t end there.

The Show Stopper vocalist went on to claim she saw the Sean John founder throw a “scalding” hot pan of eggs at Cassie while yelling:

“I’ve been asking you for my s**t! I can’t stand you bitch, you never do it right!”

She also allegedly saw him punch Cassie in the face and try to strangle the woman with his bare hands in his mansion on other occasions, too. WTF.

Dawn recalled trying to help Cassie alongside her Dirty Money bandmate Kalenna Harper. They offered support and urged her to leave the toxic relationship. But when word got back to Diddy, he freaked out. She recalled him saying:

“Y’all bitches don’t get in my relationship. … Just make money and shut the f**k up.”

TMZ added that he said:

“I end artists … I shelve careers … You could be missing … You bitches want to die today?”

WOW.

Per Page Six, the I’ll Be Missing You crooner also supposedly forced Dawn to rehearse for 48 hours straight without sleep — causing her to drop a ton of weight, become dehydrated, and develop rashes on her body. From 2009 to 2011, she claims she became the victim of sexual assault when he touched her near her boobs and butt several times while she was undressed in her changing room. The docs state:

“Mr. Combs frequently smacked Ms. Richard’s bare buttocks and often commented on her body, noting that although she was ‘too skinny,’ she had an ‘ass.’”

Horrifically, she also reportedly witnessed P. Diddy “and several other males gang-banging” his former female assistant in a hotel pool in Glasgow. Terrible.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, whenever Dawn — who was previously signed to his label Bad Boy Records — tried resisting Diddy’s unwanted advances, he’d retaliate by denying her singing opportunities and removing her from songs. In 2010, she claims that she was locked inside his car with no interior door handles for over two hours. According to TMZ, she screamed for help and called her father. He came to confront the A-lister, who once again threatened his daughter’s career. She also argued that others knew about Diddy’s abusive behavior, including Interscope chief executive Jimmy Iovine who allegedly also saw the artist punch Cassie in the stomach ahead of agreeing to a $50 million distribution deal with the rapper’s label in 2009, THR reported.

Due to all of this, she is now seeking compensatory damages; a money judgment for mental pain, anguish and emotional distress; punitive and exemplary damages; and for him to cover her attorneys’ fees. Per THR, she is allegedly owed nearly $5 million in unpaid royalties and wages plus missed payments for her appearance on the MTV show. She also accused Diddy of copyright infringement for use of her work on his latest album. So far, Diddy has not responded.

This is just one of many legal filings he is now dealing with. The drama first began when Cassie accused him of abuse and rape in a November 2023 lawsuit that they settled just one day later. Several others have since come out of the woodwork, and the entertainer was just ordered to pay one of his victims $100 million!

So, things are really not looking good for Diddy right now. Thoughts? Share them in the comments (below).
