Not the happiest place on earth!!
Disneyland in Anaheim had a crazy scare yesterday when the park’s ToonTown was evacuated after an eerie explosion scare!
After the police department and a bomb squad were called in, authorities discovered that the explosion was caused by a plastic bottle filled with dry ice that was strangely placed in a trash can.
And here we were hoping it was just a little pixie dust!
Even more alarming was what was going on in the minds of poor park-goers who were just there to get in their Roger Rabbit’s Car Toon Spin and corn dog fix! Some even frighteningly tweeted out:
Was sitting in Toontown at Disneyland and something exploded in the trash can. I felt the sound waves of it and Toontown is closed.

@mesorandy It came from a trash can next to the trolley stop in the middle of Toontown. Everyone stopped and looked around when it happened.

THANKFULLY, nobody was injured and Toon Town opened up again to guests at around 7:30 pm. Still, with such a popular place, it’s a scary thought that somebody would even try to harm the large crowds filled with happy families!
Walt would never approve of this kind of behavior! Stay safe, people.
