Before his passing, DJ AM had an affinity for sneakers, and over the years he amassed an incredibly extensive collection. Now, his love for shoes (and yours) will serve to benefit a good cause: this coming Sunday, over 800 pairs of the late DJ’s sneakers will be auctioned off on eBay.
800!! Pairs include vintage Nikes, Reeboks, Converse, Adidas, BAPE, and hundreds of limited edition (and largely unworn) sneakers.
Proceeds will go to the DJ AM Memorial Fund, which, according to the press release, ├óΓé¼┼ômaintains the legacy of Adam Goldstein through extending his commitment to helping others struggling with addiction. Contributions will help organizations and projects committed to addressing issues of addiction and recovery.”
The auction begins at 4:30pm this coming Sunday and will continue through December 14th at eBay.com/djamshoes.
