Stemming from the jet crash that left him with severe injuries and four dead, Travis Barker settled the lawsuit against defendants Clay Lacy Aviation, Goodyear Tire & Rubber and Global Exec Aviation among others.
Although the terms of their settlement are confidential, they struck a deal during a mediation session on November 18th as did Thelma Still, the mother of Travis’ bodyguard, Che Still.
DJ AM‘s estate are also suing for wrongful death as they feel the accident led to his overdose in August. The case is still pending.
