Stefano Gabbana needs a MAJOR reality check!!
Not only has the Dolce & Gabbana co-founder previously attacked Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez, but the new #DGLovesChina campaign is seriously out of touch. Now, he’s only making things worse with messages he allegedly sent to an outraged Instagram user, saying “China Ignorant Dirty Smelling Mafia.”

The popular fashion gossip Instagram account @diet_prada reposted DMs received by @michaelatranova from Stefano, mocking the backlash he and the brand have received, accusing her of eating dogs, and just sounding all-around racist.
Just see for yourself (below):

But that’s not all! Another user @anthxnyxo, an editor with Conde Nast, has posted on his Instagram Story direct messages exchanged with the brand’s official account, including a message:

“eat dogs bitch”

steffano gabbana racist messages
…and now the brand has posted two “apologies” for the messages, saying both Stefano and the brand’s accounts had been hacked.

Considering they created a campaign based off of backlash after Melania Trump wore their designs for her White House portrait, we’re not sure how seriously they’ll actually treat all this hate.
