Donald Trump Has Been Considering Pardon For Diddy: REPORT

Just months after insisting he wasn’t considering a pardon for Sean “Diddy” Combs, President Donald Trump is reportedly still weighing the possibility behind closed doors.

According to a report from CBS News late last week, Diddy’s name apparently remains in the mix — or at least it did as recently as a couple days ago — as Trump discusses a new round of potential clemency decisions with his advisers.

Now, before anyone starts celebrating or panicking, there’s an important catch. The outlet reports that Diddy is not expected to be included among the formal recommendations coming from the White House pardon team. And sure enough, another outlet on Saturday reported Diddy was indeed NOT listed on the final pardon recommendations form.

But even so, one White House official reminded the outlet that Trump has the final word on any clemency decision, saying the president is “the ultimate decider” when it comes to pardons. Yeah…

If this all sounds familiar, that’s because similar rumors have been swirling for months. TMZ previously reported that Trump had been going back and forth on whether to commute Diddy’s sentence, with some people inside the White House reportedly urging him not to move forward. Although the White House disputed that reporting at the time, the outlet stood by its story.

Adding even more intrigue, other reports also previously claimed that Diddy had been telling fellow inmates at FCI Fort Dix about how he believed a presidential pardon would arrive sometime in early 2026. But then came a seemingly very different message: back in January, Trump himself told the New York Times that Diddy had written to him requesting clemency, while also saying he was not considering granting it.

And again, the other day, Source (below) claimed that the pardon may be off the table — er, at least for now:

But obviously, it’s clear that long-term, the pardon conversation apparently isn’t completely over.

Of course, Diddy is currently serving a federal prison sentence of just over four years after his 2025 conviction on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was acquitted of the more serious sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy charges during his trial.

And all the pardon talk comes now because Trump has of late been reviewing a broader list of possible pardons and clemency actions, with lobbying efforts reportedly ramping up in recent weeks as various individuals seek presidential intervention.

Whether Diddy ultimately receives a pardon remains anyone’s guess. Reactions, y’all?! Share ’em (below)…
