Drake Steals The Show At The NBA Finals, Belts Out 'O, Canada' Courtside -- Watch!

Drake O Canada NBA Finals Game 5

Game 5 of the NBA Finals went down Monday night north of the border in Toronto, and while the play on the court itself was exceptional — the Golden State Warriors saved themselves from elimination and won a nail biter, 106-105 over the Toronto Raptors — the real story was in the stands!
As you might have expected with the basketball game in Toronto, Drake absolutely stole the show several times last night! Although his beloved home team didn’t win the Finals (yet, at least; they could potentially clinch in Game 6 on Thursday night), Drizzy was having a GREAT time cheering and singing from courtside!

It was obvious the rapper was beyond pumped to be at the game — in his hometown, and in his home country no less — from even before the tip-off, because when it came time for the National Anthem, the music mogul couldn’t contain himself!
As singer Doug Tranquada began to belt out O, Canada — a truly amazing National Anthem, BTW — he stopped short in the middle and asked the fans to join in with him, finishing out the rousing song with the entire arena involved, as you can see in the full video (below):

Wow!!!
And yes, you guessed it — the entire arena being involved meant none other than Drake himself, sitting in the front row, was cued up to belt it out!
Ch-ch-check out Drizzy’s O, Canada cameo in the highlight video from last night’s anthem (below)! You can see Champagne Papi at about the 38-second mark doing his thing and giving a GREAT singer’s face! Ha!!!

Canadian pride! The former Degrassi star definitely isn’t lacking in that, y’all!!!
Another video from a separate angle caught the rapper getting SERIOUSLY hyped after the end of the anthem, raising his hands in the air and reaching skyward with a serious look of elation on his face (below):

Amazing! Inspiring! It’s almost like a freakin’ religious experience!
And yes, that weird dinosaur next to Drake in that video is the official mascot of the Toronto Raptors. He, uh, he’s not quite as creepy as he looks in that clip! LOLz!!
The star was a fixture all night even after the anthem, though, cheering on his Raptors and visibly reacting to pretty much everything that went down on the court.
As you can see (below), he had a HUGE reaction on the sidelines when Warriors star Kevin Durant (who is one of Drake’s friends, BTW) was injured during the game and forced to leave early:

Wow!
Drake’s facial expressions are something else!
Reactions, Perezcious readers?? Are you #TeamToronto and cheering for the Raptors with Drake?! Who ya got in Game 6 later this week??
