We’ve been waiting for new songs from Empire ever since the season 1 finale, and it looks like our wish was finally granted!
On Thursday, FOX debuted not one, but TWO brand-new songs from the hit musical drama, and they are absolutely perfect! On the first track, titled No Doubt About It, Jussie Smollett joins forces with Pitbull for high-energy party anthem.

And fun fact: the song was co-written by Mr. Worldwide and Ne-Yo! Clearly when those two team up magic happens. Hello! Remember how much of a jam Time Of Our Lives was?! But we digress.
The second track that dropped features the two musically-gifted Lyons brothers — played by Jussie and Yazz — jamming out on an R&B banger called Ain’t About The Money, and listening to it just gets us even more excited for the show’s season 2 premiere!
