Felicity Huffman's Daughter Sophia WILL Be Able To Take The SAT Test Again!

Sophia Macy allowed to retake SATs

Months after Felicity Huffman pled guilty to paying $15,000 to get a proctor to forge her daughter’s SAT scores, Sophia Macy will get another shot at the college admissions test!

As we’ve covered, the Desperate Housewives star has admitted to coughing up the money so her firstborn would have extra time to take the exam, as well as having some of her wrong answers fixed. Felicity’s sentence was handed down earlier this month, which requires the actress serve 14 days in jail, pay a fine of $30,000, have a year of supervised release, and complete 250 hours of community service.

Sophia, who was seemingly in the dark about her mother’s plan, has been wanting to reapply to colleges as she works her “two part-time jobs,” according to a People source.

TMZ is now reporting the teen should have no trouble getting a chance to take the SATs again, despite the College Board security policy, which states:

“College Board will prohibit individuals from taking the SAT … when we conclude they have deliberately gained or attempted to gain or share an unfair advantage on any College Board test, or otherwise threatened the integrity of the test.”

Considering the 19-year-old isn’t believed to have known about the bribery, it doesn’t seem like she can be found at fault.

But even if the company behind the nationwide test felt she was behind it in any way, a College Board rep reveals there’s only a six-month suspension when it comes to the above policy. So it seems Soph would be able to take the SATs regardless!

It must be a relief for both her parents, especially since dad William H. Macy “continues to worry about his wife’s well-being,” according to a People insider.

As we reported:

“He has seen firsthand how difficult this experience has been on her. He’s been extremely supportive and very protective of her all along the way.”

We imagine Felicity’s prison sentence is hard for the entire family, including Sophia and her younger sister, Georgia.

But both teens aren’t letting Operation Varsity Blues stop them from seeking higher education! It’s said the 17-year-old will also be applying to colleges!

Lori Loughlin and husband Mossimo Giannulli, who both pled not guilty over their alleged involvement, also have two daughters affected by the scandal.

But it seems they’re handling it completely differently!

Olivia Jade, 19, and Isabella Rose, 20, have been shunned by the USC community, but a source recently told People the sisters still “spend a lot of time with friends,” sharing:

“They visit people’s houses, or have friends over. They prefer this to going out.”

It’s a very different vibe from Macy’s kids!

Do U think Sophia should be allowed to retake the SATs? And what about Lori’s daughters?? Should they be considered culpable if their parents are found guilty?
