Over the years there have been a lot of rumors floating around that the Foo Fighters might be breaking up or that Dave Grohl is going solo.
Lately they’ve been ramping up as a result of Dave’s performances sans the band at the Grammys and the Oscars.
Well the band decided to take it upon themselves to address these rumors by releasing a video where Grohl decides it’s finally time to have a solo career.

In the meantime, the band is left looking for a new lead singer which they find in former 98 Degrees frontman Nick Lachey. LOLz!
Thankfully it’s all a big gag! Though we ARE loving Nick’s version of Everlong…
