Foreclosing on the Dead

Kanye West’s deceased mother, Donda, owes money from the grave!
Court documents filed by Northern Trust Bank say it’s foreclosing on Donda’s home.
The bank is asking for $606,983.43 from Momma West’s estate.
Donda West’s estate is worth a total of $150,000.
If the payment is not granted, the source says the bank will take the property and resell it and the proceeds will go to the claim.
Any shortfall on payment will come out of Donda’s estate.
Kanye West would only need to pony up money if his name is on the mortgage documents.
