Jamie Foxx is getting sued and will not take it lying down!!!!
Jamie, along with everyone else involved, is being sued by a bartender claiming to have suffered 170 stitches and nerve damage after falling on broken glass at an event at club Social in 2007
Foxx played host that night and unless he pushed the bartender into the glass, we don’t see how he is responsible!
He feels the same – so he’s suing back!!!!!
Foxx filed a lawsuit against Social and a few other companies in order to pay his legal fees.
And rightfully so!
But doesn’t he have insurance for such things???
