Best FREE At-Home Workouts To Do While Social Distancing -- Yoga, Abs, & More!

Whether you’re a gym rat or a yogi, many fitness fanatics are bound to be struggling without the option to go to the gym or a studio during the coronavirus outbreak.

Lucky for you there are so many options available for FREE online, so you won’t have to compromise being able to get your sweat on while you practice social distancing. (PSA: If your gym has for some reason not closed yet, do the right thing and do NOT go!)

While there are SO many options already out there right now — and even more set to roll out given the current situation — we narrowed it down to five free options! Ch-ch-check them out (below) and get sweaty:

Blogilates

What better place to start than the #1 female fitness channel on YouTube! Casey Ho AKA Blogilates focuses on ab, butt and thigh, arm exercises, pilates, and more. It’s the perfect time to start her 100 ab challenge or just try a full-body workout.

POPSUGAR Fitness

Missing your Zumba classes? Or a sweaty HIIT session? Get your booty shaking and your heart pumping with POPSUGAR Fitness! They have you covered with their feel-good digital classes, no matter what kind of workouts you’re into.

Tone It Up

Get sweaty with Karena Dawn and Katrina Scott of Tone It Up! Plenty of their focused and full body workouts are set on the beach, so you’re in luck if you’re missing the sun. If you’re in need of a little extra mindfulness, try one of their guided meditation videos to ground you at the start of your day, or help you get to sleep at night. If you’re expecting (consult your doctor first, of course) enjoy a bump-friendly prenatal workout!

Yoga With Adriene

Get ready, get set, flow. Adriene Mishler has been sharing her yoga flows for years on YouTube, and now’s the perfect time to finally try some out if you haven’t practiced before. Don’t forget, yoga is about more than just moving your body! Take care of your mind with a stress relief-focused flow (above).

MadFit

Maddie Lymburner offers a variety of free, at-home workouts on her YT channel, and many of them require no equipment! Plus, she has various choreographed workouts — either focusing on a specific body part or full body — set to popular songs. Tone your abs to the tune of Justin Bieber‘s Yummy (above) or try out something set to Lizzo or maybe Billie Eilish!
