Gabriel Aubry Doesn't Want A Nanny Present When He's With Nahla

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry might have had a messy break up but they had one heck of a cute baby!
However, now there’s a bit of controversy surrounding the custody agreement over little Nahla.
After the split, Halle and her ex made an agreement for custody time and the final result was that her ex would have Nahla but only with a nanny present.
Though with Harry now over in Europe to shoot her latest movie, Gabriel is no longer happy with his agreement and needing to have a nanny present.
So their attorneys went to court this morning with Gabriel’s asking to change the agreement with the nanny clause.
The judge is reportedly considering the request and a decision should be made shortly.
