Gabriel Aubry Off The Hook On Charges

Looks like Gabriel Aubry can breath a sigh of relief.
Halle Berry‘s baby daddy will walk away with no battery charges involving his daughter Nahla and her nanny.
El Lay City spokesman Frank Mateljan stated Aubry escapes charges because of “insufficient evidence.”
However, he’s still under watchful eye. Gabe won’t be able to see Nahla without a monitor present.
We’ll see if these legal matters finally go away, for Nahla’s sake.
