A lot of people think Gary Busey is just some weirdo they’ve seen on The Apprentice, but they haven’t heard his whole story. Yeah, he can be quirky, and parts of the video are no exception, but he always means well, and he has an important cause that’s very close to his heart…
… or brain, we should say!
Gary was in a motorcycle accident in 1988 that killed him. He wasn’t wearing a helmet, and he cracked open his skull. During the emergency brain operation, he literally died.
Of course, he was brought back, and we’re glad that he’s doing okay — and he’s working tirelessly to make sure what happened to him doesn’t happen to anyone else, especially those who might not survive!
