Debra Messing just came out swinging against E!
While walking the red carpet at the Golden Globes, the Will & Grace star stopped by to chat with Giuliana Rancic about the Time’s Up movement, which was founded to help combat sexual misconduct in the workplace. However, Messing reminded those tuning in to the awards show that harassment isn’t the only issue facing working women.

In fact, Debra highlighted that the campaign was also an attempt to help squash the gender pay gap. Here’s where the 49-year-old industry vet called out E!. While discussing equal pay in the workforce, Debra expressed how disheartened she was to learn that E! didn’t pay their employees equally — referencing Catt Sadler‘s decision to leave the network after learning she made significantly less than her male peer.
Be sure to ch-ch-check out the SNAP! SNAP! moment for yourself (above) AND take a look at the best reactions to the shade (below).
