Grey's Stars Talk T.R. Knight

At Thursday night’s premiere of The Ugly Truth, several Grey’s Anatomy players came out to support Katherine Heigl’s new flick, including Justin Chambers and Kate Walsh.
Justin was excited about the Emmy nods for co-stars Sandra Oh and Chandra Wilson, but also admitted that “a piece of the puzzle is missing” without pal T.R. Knight around the set.
The gay actor left the show to pursue multiple opportunities in the theater world.
Also notably missing George O’Malley was bestie Katherine, who added how different the show will be for her now: “It’s really hard actually. For me, he was such a source of friendship and support, and love and laughter. It doesn’t feel the same.”
We’ll see how long Katherine will fair on the show without her BFF. Our guess: not long.
