H&M To Get Space In Conde Nast Building

H&M in Times Square? That would be marvelous!
ESPN Zone formally housed the 45,000 square foot space in the Conde Nast building that the clothing retailer has their eyes on.
The spot faces West 42nd Street and has a Durst Organization 4 address, but H&M has not officially made a deal.
Spokesman for Durst, Jordan Barowitz said:

├óΓé¼┼ôWe are in discussions with H&M but in this business, it ain├óΓé¼Γäót over ├óΓé¼Γäótil it├óΓé¼Γäós over.”

Guess we’re going to have to wait and see what happens.
The label being in the same building as Vogue is just a dream for now.
