Is Hailee Steinfeld taking over for Ed Sheeran??
The actress hit up last night’s Women in Film’s Crystal + Lucy Awards in Beverly Hills and admitted to having some musical aspirations so long as Taylor Swift is involved!
When asked about potentially singing with the country crooner, Hailee revealed:
“I would love that… I don’t know if I could hold myself up next to her. She’s so incredibly talented. She sort of attempted to teach me and it just doesn’t work very well.”
The actress, who’s gotten a few guitar lessons from Swifty, also revealed that she had to brush up on her musical skillz for her Can a Song Save Your Life? role! She said:
“No, you don’t get to hear me sing. I do play a little bit of guitar in the movie, so that was exciting.”
Not too shabby. Guess that’s what happens when your BFF is an award winning artist!
