We’re sorry, Taylee stans… The final nail in the coffin of Taylor Swift and Hailee Steinfeld’s friendship may have just been hammered in!
Over the weekend, the Sinners star tied the knot with now-husband Josh Allen in a beautiful ceremony in California. Hailee stunned in an elegant white strapless gown, gloves, and a lengthy train while Josh went for a traditional black-and-white tuxedo. You can see photos from their dreamy nuptials HERE.
But you know who wasn’t in attendance to hear The Edge of Seventeen star say “I do” on Saturday? Her (former?) BFF Tay Tay!

As we reported over the weekend, the You Belong with Me singer spent Saturday evening in New York City with her other bestie Selena Gomez. The pair took the town to hit up eatery Monkey Bar to celebrate a different milestone: Taylor reacquiring the master recordings of her first six albums.
But of course, even Taylor couldn’t be in two places at once. So she clearly skipped Hailee’s wedding.
Wait, WHAT?? Tay and Hailee seriously used to be so close! Just last month, fans were reminded of the pair’s heyday when Ed Sheeran shared a series of throwback snaps including multiple of the pop star and the movie star hanging out together. See (below):
So why would Taylor miss such an important milesont? Like seriously, what happened?? Are they even still friends at all?? Because it’s not like Taylor couldn’t have hopped on her private jet for a day trip to California… She’s had no problem with quick trips in the past.
So we have to figure one of two things. Either she chose to ditch it… or she was never even invited at all! YIKES! Seems pretty clear either way that these two have parted ways for good.
It couldn’t be over Travis Kelce and Josh being football rivals though, right? Because Trav was really sweet about the engagement news! Something else must have happened, right?
