The Halle Berry custody battle with baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry has just turned into a full fledged war.
The actress has fired her long-time lawyer, Neal Hersh, because she wants a lawyer to play dirty — and stop at NOTHING — to get her full custody of her 3-year-old daughter. Halle thinks Neal is too much of a gentleman to get into the hot mess she wants.
So, just like that, semi-heartless-Halle dropped her old pal (that got her through 2 divorces and a custody war) and hired Mel Gibson‘s skeezy/nasty lawyer, Stephen Kolodny.
Guys, things are a get NASTY!!!
