Halle Berry & Gabriel Aubry Reach Amicable Agreement After Brutal Beat Down!

…according to Halle Berry‘s attorney anyways!
Following the vicious aftermath of the Gabriel Aubry–Olivier Martinez Thanksgiving throw-down, both parties have finally agreed on something manageable for the both of them and daughter Nahla.
Or so it seems!
Blair Berk, who fought in Berry’s defense, has confirmed the “amicable agreement” and also states:

“There will be no further statement on the matter.”

So don’t expect any explanatory Christmas carols from them!
While Blair defended Berry, Gabriel was present with his legal team during the court’s ruling.
Sigh… we just hope all of this is really done and over with. Like, for real.
