She’s baaaaack!
Last month, Halle Berry pulled out of Garry Marshall’s upcoming ensemble comedy, New Year’s Eve because of her custody battle with ex, Gabriel Aubry. Lucky for her, Katherine Heigl was bored at the ready to jump in and take her spot as Jon Bon Jovi’s love interest.
However, since Halle and Gabriel have reportedly reached a truce, a judge has granted Halle permission to travel to New York with bb Nahla to work on the flick. Don’t worry, Kat your role is safe. Sources report that Halle closed on a deal for another part.
Good for her. This seems like a positive step in the right direction. If she and Gabriel can bury the hatchet long enough for her to get some work in, maybe a settled custody deal isn’t too far behind. One can only hope!
