Heidi Klum has a very steamy fitness routine!
The German-American model opened up to The Sunday Times on Friday about her secrets to staying healthy and having “high energy.” Talking about her routine and if she’d every try out therapy, the America’s Got Talent judge explained:
“I wouldn’t be against it. I’d be bored talking about myself every week, I think. I don’t take drugs. I smoked a while ago, but I don’t vape. I drink mostly decaf, I’m very high energy as it is.”
But there’s one fitness routine that REALLY does it for her in particular… The 51-year-old revealed:
“Sport en chambre is my favorite exercise — it sounds better in French.”
For the non-French speakers out there, that loosely translates to “bedroom sports.” HA! Oh, Heidi, never change!

Talking about her 35-year-old husband Tom Kaulitz, she gushed:
“I have a younger husband.”
And when asked if the sex is good, she responded:
“Very good. My husband is my match.”
Get it, girl!
As for the rest of her routine, the mom of four added:
“I also run around a lot, having four kids. I don’t have an assistant, so I don’t have people pack for me or carry my things, I do everything myself. I eat right, I never exercise too much or do heavy weights. People can push themselves too hard. I listen to my body. I have no back or knee pain and I have my husband.”
Good for her for staying fit with her mate! LOLz! The pair have been married since 2019.
