Hilary Duff Shares 'Extremely Personal' Water Birth Video Of Daughter Banks - Amazing!

Hilary Duff is one proud momma!
The Lizzie McGuire star just shared an emotional, inspiring, and VERY real video with her nearly 12 million Instagram followers late Monday morning, showing off the end result of the water birth five months ago that gave her family their young daughter/sister Banks Violet Blair.

Duff, who welcomed the precious little girl to the world back in late October 2018 with boyfriend Matthew Koma, finally decided to publicly share the video of the water birth itself, as you can see on her IG account (below):

I’ve been wondering for a long time if I would ever share this video as it is extremely personal…. it was so absolutely lovely and rewarding(and shocking) that after giving birth to my baby girl we hugged …for the first time, In my mind I like to believe that she was saying good job mom. Go team go. We did it. Together. Matt provided such a safe calm strength, my mommy and sissy were there to cheer me on, and of course my birth angels to make sure all was well and big brother (downstairs deep in legos). I cannot believe this day was only 5 months ago!! It seems like B has been here with us all along. The time is already going so fast..she tried avocado yesterday! Anyway… feeling blessed for this full hectic life and all the people in it. Happy 5 months Banks (oh and thanks for quitting colic) that was a doozy ( @rebeccacoursey_photosandfilm )

It’s definitely an eye-opening video to watch if you’ve never seen the magic of childbirth… but it’s also such a beautiful and powerful reminder about the wonder of life! And we can’t get over how happy and content Hilary sounds with her amazing young family! Loving it!!
Oh, and that final reference to colic at the end of the post… amen, girl! Amen!!!
