Donda West‘s hairdresser, Charlay Thomas, is betraying her dead friend and making public a voice mail message Kanye‘s mom left her the day before she died.

Donda’s last message said, “How are you? It├óΓé¼Γäós Miss West. How├óΓé¼Γäós everything going├óΓé¼┬ªI hope you get this message soon because it├óΓé¼Γäós possible I need something from you, like, immediately! I am going to, um, go have my procedure done tomorrow and I’m getting every single thing from my neck to my knees! So, anyway, call me. I’ll tell you about that. I just decided at the last minute that it would be nice if my hair were corn-rowed [before the surgery].”
Thomas is also speaking out to Inside Edition.
In an exclusive interview, the hairdresser says: “If I had only picked up the phone.”
Charlay didn’t get the message until the next day, when Donda was already in operation.
Thomas says West had been considering having surgery since June and that she assisted West in her search for a doctor.
“I only visited one, but I know she shopped around,” says Charlay.
Thomas also tells Inside Edition that Kanye did not want his mother to have the surgery.
“She [Donda] said that Kanye did not want her to get it done. I think that Kanye was aware [of the surgery], but again like none of us, he did not know who this man is, who he was.”
