World's Ugliest Cat?

Is this the worlds ugliest or most fascinating looking cat?

The cat, named Ugly Bat Boy, belongs to veterinarian Dr. Stephen Bassett who was given the cat by a client.

The vet says Ugly, for short, is happy with the attention he attracts at his veterinarian hospital home in Exeter, New Hampshire.

Staff at the hospital say visitors of the animal practice are often scared or mesmerized by the curious cat.
