Judge Rules Janice Dickinson's Lawsuit Against Bill Cosby Can Move Forward!

Now it’s Janice Dickinson‘s turn to start racking up some legal victories!
The 61-year-old has been locked in a battle with Bill Cosby for almost a year, and now a judge has ruled that her lawsuit against the actor can move forward!

Back in 2014, the brunette beauty claimed she had been raped and sexually assaulted by the actor in 1982.
After the comedian’s team slammed the celeb’s story, claiming she made up the whole thing, the model decided to take legal action and sue for defamation.
On Tuesday, Judge Debre Katz Weintraub ruled in Los Angeles Superior Court that a trial by jury should be able to decided whether or not the former America’s Next Top Model judge is telling the truth.
After the ruling, Janice’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom, says this win is a big one — because Bill’s team has been working very hard to keep his other cases from going to trial.
Outside the courthouse, the famous female couldn’t contain her excitement, yelling:

“Victory!”

She also added that she’s looking forward to her alleged attacker’s day in court, saying:

“I want Bill Cosby in court. I want him to stand under oath.”

The scandalized star’s attorneys will still have the chance to challenge the suit before the trial begins, but it’ll be interesting to see how this all plays out.
