Tina Fey and Amy Poehler may have joked about Bill Cosby’s sexual assault allegations during the Golden Globes, but they’re no laughing matter to Jay Leno.

The former late night king just spoke out on Bill Cosby‘s current situation, and you may be surprised at his stance.
Here’s what Jay had to say at a media conference in response to an astounding level of disbelief some harbor in taking the alleged victims’ claims seriously:
“I don’t know why it’s so hard to believe women. You to go Saudi Arabia and you need two women to testify against a man. Here you need 25.”
Well said, Jay!
To date, more than 25 women have come forward alleging misconduct on Cosby’s part, with some incidents dating back to the 1970s. The 77-year-old comedian has vehemently denied the claims.
We think all forms of victim-shaming — and blaming — should come to an end.
