JAY-Z Releases Audio Of Accuser Admitting She Lied & He Didn't Assault Her -- But How Did He Get Her To Say It??

Jay-Z Releases Recording Of Accuser Admitting He Didn't Assault Her & Claiming Attorney 'Pushed' Her To Lie -- But He Fires Back!

JAY-Z‘s team has released audio proving the woman who accused him of rape lied!

As you’ll recall, the rapper and his old pal Diddy were accused of raping a woman when she was just 13 at an after-party for the MTV VMAs in 2000. This was hardly Diddy’s first allegations, but for JAY-Z it was disastrous! Beyoncé‘s husband fought back hard, and it worked — this Jane Doe ultimately dismissed the lawsuit with prejudice. However, he then filed a lawsuit against the accuser and her lawyer Tony Buzbee (who is helping tons of victims go against Sean Combs), arguing that she admitted she lied about the allegations — something she denied.

It was just he said, she said. Until now!

On Wednesday, ABC News and Good Morning America aired audio they obtained from JAY-Z’s lawyers in which Jane Doe spoke with two private investigators and seemed to not only own up to lying… but claimed her attorney put her up to it, too! In the recording, a male investigator asked her:

“But Jay-Z was — you’re saying he was definitely there? But he had no part in it?”

She replied:

“He was there.”

A female investigator then pressed further:

“He was just there, but he didn’t have anything to do with any sexual acts towards you, it was strictly–“

The accuser answered, “Yeah.” She then claimed Tony put her up to it, explaining:

“He was the one that kind of pushed me towards going forward with him [with JAY-Z].”

She noted that she did not know why the attorney would do such a thing. Whoa! They got a full confession on tape? Well, it’s a little more complicated than that…

In a scathing response to the audio, Buzbee argued this tape was a total “fabrication,” telling Page Six:

“I spoke to Jane Doe immediately after being contacted by ABC. Her position is very clear and has never changed. The tape is a fabrication.”

The Texas-based legal professional claims the investigators “tricked” her into saying the right things for their case, adding:

“The investigators tormented and harassed and tricked that poor woman and took what she said out of context and secretly recorded her.”

In fact, he said she’s not walking back her allegations either, even if the case has been dropped:

“She stands by her claim that Jay-Z was there at the party and that he assaulted her. She has never wavered on that point, not once.”

ABC also obtained a recording of a phone call between Tony and his client in which she denied telling investigators JAY-Z didn’t assault her or that her lawyer made her lie. Hmm.

Hear both recordings (below):

It’s worth noting that in response to the artist’s lawsuit against them, the anonymous woman said she was terrified after she was cornered outside her home by two investigators, who worked for one of JAY-Z’s attorneys, who wanted her to sign an affidavit stating the claims she made were false.

She denied doing so AND denied claims Tony offered to pay her money to pursue allegations against the musician. The alleged victim — who previously admitted to there being inconsistencies in her claims — noted she was most unnerved by how the investigators tracked her and her parents down for questioning despite her being anonymous in the legal proceedings. Yeah, that’s scary alright…

Nevertheless, JAY-Z’s team is standing by the recording, arguing it proves his innocence. His attorney Alex Spiro said in an interview with ABC:

“The tape speaks for itself. She says, in no uncertain terms, Mr. Carter did not do this. It is effectively a lie, and the only reason Mr. Carter is even involved in this is because she was pushed to involve him, pushed to include him by a lawyer.”

He also claimed the investigators “did not coerce her, promise or threaten her in any way shape or form,” insisting:

“She voluntarily met and spoke to them and she told them her truth.”

Well, if they just showed up to her house uninvited then she wasn’t exactly “voluntarily” meeting up with them. Just saying…

Spiro concluded by stating that his client “doesn’t know Jane Doe” and “never met” her, maintaining:

“There’s no truth to any of this.”

Hmm. This remains a complex situation…
