Jenelle Evans is concerned for the safety of her kids while they reside at her mother Barbara‘s house, but it’s her brother Colin she’s really worried about!
Per TMZ, the former MTV personality is worried her brother’s erratic behavior could put her children in danger. Police records show police have had at least eight interactions with Colin since February, who has called to report trespassers, stalkers, possible break-ins, and claims someone was putting chemicals in the water.

He reportedly named David Eason as a suspect for some of the crimes he called in, though no evidence supports it. Local police also responded to the North Carolina home regarding a call where a family member made threats and threw items in the house.
An additional report was filed by a woman who says Colin approached her and claimed she was taking photos of him and his house, but the woman says she was taking photos of nearby woods. Funny… he accused David of foul play, when David kinda did the same thing!
Sources shared with TMZ that the couple are determined to bring their brood back home, and are worried about the dangers of them remaining at their grandmother’s, which outweigh whatever they face at home.
As a reminder, David is accused of killing their dog Nugget. As a result, the children were removed from the couple’s care by CPS, and Miz Evans was fired by MTV. This controversy comes just a year after Eason was fired by the network for a series of homophobic tweets, along with a string of generally bizarre behavior exhibited by the 31-year-old on social media.
As we reported, the disgraced Teen Mom star and her husband celebrated five-year-old Kaiser‘s birthday on Saturday, along with Jenelle’s ex/baby daddy Nathan Griffith, plus two-year-old Ensley and nine-year-old Jace.

However, it may not have been all fun at the pool hang! According to the outlet, this was an unsupervised party, meaning it was illegal given the current terms that Jenelle and David cannot see the children without a professional supervisor. Technically, they could face the wrath of the courts over the shindig, but it remains unclear if anything will come of it.
While the 27-year-old has had plenty of issues on her own over the years, many of which have been documented on TV and social media, it seems things have only escalated for her since being with Eason.
And yet, she’s adamant that the two are fighting the custody drama together and have no plans to divorce. Ugh!!
