Jennifer Garner's BF 'Has Been A Rock' Amid Ben Affleck's Recent Relapse

Jennifer Garner continues to be a supportive ex to Ben Affleck! Not only does she have his back, but Jen’s man is right there with her. Her beau, John Miller, is standing by her side following the Gone Girl star’s recent relapse last week.

As we previously reported, the father of three was caught struggling to walk properly after leaving a hotel in West Hollywood following the UNICEF Masquerade Ball. While it was initially unclear whether or not he was intoxicated, Affleck admitted the following day that he “slipped” when photogs caught up with him outside his ex-wife’s home.

A source shared with Us Weekly:

“They are very happy, and going strong. John has been a rock for Jennifer, especially during Ben’s recent relapse.”

Cute!! Per the publication, the businessman was staying with his GF earlier this week after needing to evacuate his home due to a recent wildfire outbreak in El Lay. Despite what is currently going on with her baby daddy, the 13 Going On 30 star “knows she can rely on” Miller right now for his support, according to the insider.

However, just because she has Ben’s back doesn’t mean she’s totally thrilled with what’s going on. As we previously reported, another confidant explained to Us the 47-year-old is “upset” over Ben’s shenanigans, “but always supportive” regardless. A second source told the outlet the Good Will Hunting actor’s sober coach “came over earlier” to his ex-wife’s home that day for a discussion regarding the incident.

As you’ll likely recall, this isn’t the first time Miz Garner has stepped up to help out the father of her children. Just over a year ago, she staged an intervention for the Batman star before he entered a rehabilitation facility to receive treatment for alcoholism. Prior to that, he had publicly been through rehab two other times — in 2001 and 2017 — and regularly frequents Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.

Outside of Jennifer’s home the day after his misstep, the Academy Award recipient shrugged while briefly acknowledging the occurrence (below):

“Well, you know, it happens. I slipped, but I’m not going to let it derail me. [unintelligible] … Thank you very much, guys.”

Do U think Jen should still stick by Ben, Perezcious readers? Or should she actually create some distance for her own sake? Sound OFF (below) in the comments with your take!!
