Sharing a pic from her Weight Watchers photoshoot (above), Jess said:

“Couldn’t stop smiling on set for my new @weightwatchers campaign today! #happy”

We just can├óΓé¼Γäót get over how healthy and happy Jess looks, and she said it herself, she can’t stop smiling!
